Custom Mannequins

The mannequin is the one element of a retail display that customers touch every single day. Ours are built for that — sculpted or abstract, standard proportion or entirely custom, in fibreglass, resin, metal or fabric-covered, and finished to match your brand rather than a catalogue.

Made from your design, not from a catalogue

Send us a sketch, a photograph, an existing sample or a 3D file. Where the design already exists we go straight to a prototype; where it is an idea we help you develop the proportions and the pose, because a mannequin that cannot physically wear the garment is a mannequin that gets replaced in a season.

Every custom mannequin is prototyped and signed off before the production run. That step matters for more than looks: it settles the balance point, the durability of the joints and the packing method, which are the three things that decide whether the mannequin still looks right after six months of trading and whether it survived the freight journey intact.

Materials and finishes

Fibreglass and resin for sculpted forms, metal for light re-usable frames, and fabric or upholstery over a formed base. Finishes include high-gloss and matte paint, soft-touch coatings, brushed and polished metal, metallised bronze and champagne, plus fabric coverings in your own textile where a warm hand-feel matters.

MOQ and lead time

One piece is fine — one-offs for a flagship floor or an event are a normal part of the work. Two to three weeks for a prototype from an existing design, four to six weeks for a fully original sculpt. Production runs of an approved prototype move faster.

What is included

  • Abstract, semi-abstract and realistic full-body forms
  • Half-body torso forms and head-only display stands
  • Child, petite and plus-size proportions
  • Wire, metal and brassiere-frame wire bodies
  • Seasonal and themed character mannequins for campaigns
  • Seated, leaning and posed forms for editorial floors
  • Bracket-mounted and rail-mounted forms for wall systems
  • Replaceable heads, hands, wigs and detachable accessories

Custom Mannequins FAQ

What information do you need to quote custom mannequins?

Ideally sketches, photographs or 3D files, plus the intended height, the garments it must carry, the finish you want and the quantity. If you only have a reference mannequin or a product you want it to dress, send that instead and we will propose proportions and pose options.

How long does a custom mannequin take to produce?

Allow two to three weeks for a prototype from an existing design, and four to six weeks for a fully original sculpt including finish sampling. Production runs of an approved prototype move faster because the tooling and colour matching are already in place.

What materials can custom mannequins be made from?

Fibreglass and resin for sculpted forms, metal for frames, stands and wire bodies, and upholstery or fabric covering over a formed base. We recommend fibreglass where a three-dimensional sculpted shape is needed and metal where a light, re-usable frame is enough.

Can you match an existing store's mannequin style?

Yes, and matching an existing store standard is one of the most common requests. Send a photograph or a physical sample and we will reproduce the proportions, finish and colour so a new floor reads as a continuation of what is already installed.

Are the mannequins durable enough for daily use?

They are built for daily retail use, not for showroom-only display. We reinforce the stress points that actually fail in stores, use fixings and joints that can be repaired rather than replaced, and specify finishes that tolerate repeated handling, sunlight exposure and cleaning.

Planning a project?

Send us the brief, the floor plan and your date. We will come back with a concept direction and an indicative programme.
